What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form on this site: your name, your business's name, mobile number, email (if you give one), the system you're asking about and your message. Nothing else is collected.

Why

To answer your question and to send you a proposal. Your details are not sold, rented out or shared with advertisers.

Where it goes

The form sends your details straight to our email. They are not stored in a separate database. Cloudflare and Google (Gmail) deliver that email, so your message passes through those two services.

How long we keep it

For as long as the email stays in our inbox. If you ask, we delete it. Write to hello@systemlagbe.com.

Your business data

Once work starts, your system's data lives on your own server or in a hosting account in your name. We look at only as much of it as the work needs, and our access is closed when the work is done. We sign a written non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if you want one.

Cookies and tracking

There are no advertising cookies, no Facebook pixel and nothing that follows you to other sites. We keep a plain count of visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn't identify individual people.

Outside services

The fonts come from Google Fonts, so opening this page makes your browser send a request to Google's servers.

The demo systems

Everything shown in this site's demo systems is made up: the shops, students, patients and sales. Whatever you type into a demo stays in your own browser. It isn't sent to any server, and it's gone when you clear your browser data.
