POS / retail system
Shops, pharmacies, restaurants. Sales, GST bills, a credit book (khata) for customers who pay later, the day's totals and matching the cash at shift change.
GST billing is included at this price.
Ask for a priceA register, Excel and a good memory carry a business only so far. After that the figures stop matching. SystemLagbe is a small studio in Bangladesh. We build software that follows your own rules for businesses in India, working remotely, with the data kept on a server you control.
Make a sale, watch the stock come down, print a bill, build a report card. The first two are set up for an Indian chemist's counter, in English. The other eight were made for our Bangladesh site, so their screens are in Bengali, but the features are the ones we'd build for you in English. All the data is made up and stays in your browser. Nothing you do there can break anything.
A made-up chemist, Sharma Medical Store in Pune. An 80 mm GST bill worked back from MRP, with batch, expiry and maker on every line. Schedule H and H1 medicines ask for the patient and the doctor. A GST tab totals the day by rate.
Open demoEvery batch on the shelf, sold earliest expiry first. Expired stock can't be billed. Short-dated batches go on a return list for the distributor, and the H1 register fills itself from the bills. Built to the rules chemists already follow.
Open demoSales, printed receipts, stock that comes down as you sell, low-stock alerts and the day's totals. The payment options are Bangladeshi wallets; an Indian shop would take UPI and cards.
Open demoAdmissions, attendance, marks, report cards, fees and a list of who still owes. Grades here follow Bangladesh's GPA scale; an Indian school would get its own board's grading.
Open demoPatient registration, the token queue, printed prescriptions, lab work and the bill.
Open demoOrders by table, a kitchen screen, the bill and the day's totals. The bill adds Bangladeshi VAT; yours would show GST.
Open demoThe office board and the rider's phone show the same orders. The real Flutter app runs inside the demo, in your browser.
Open demoMoving orders through each stage, reconciling cash on delivery, printing courier labels, and stock by size and colour.
Open demoMany shops on one site, with commission and payouts, product approval, flash deals, riders, a customer wallet and permissions by role.
Open demoReminders to customers who owe you, a daily report, a watch on competitors' prices, and messages turned into rows on an order sheet. Move the clock forward and watch them run.
Open demoSoftware doesn't fit into fixed packages. A shop with ten products and a godown with two thousand are different jobs. So you see a starting price here, and after we talk, a fixed price in writing. All prices are in rupees.
Shops, pharmacies, restaurants. Sales, GST bills, a credit book (khata) for customers who pay later, the day's totals and matching the cash at shift change.

Ask for a priceGodowns and wholesale. Purchases and sales, batches and expiry, more than one godown, low-stock alerts.
For sellers who need them, GST e-invoices (IRN) and e-way bills can be generated through the GST portal APIs.
Ask for a priceAdmissions, attendance, exam marks, report cards, fee collection with a list of dues, and SMS to parents.
SMS charges and DLT registration are in your name.
Patient records, the token queue, prescriptions, lab reports and billing.
An app for delivery riders and field staff, delivery tracking, or an ordering app for your customers. It keeps working without internet and catches up when the signal is back.
iPhone version from ₹28,000, built from the same code. Apple's own fee of $99 a year is separate, and their review takes a few days before the app is on the App Store.
Ask for a priceMany shops on one platform, with commission and payouts, product approval, flash deals, your own riders, a customer wallet and referrals, and permissions by role.
A big job. Time and price are settled once we've talked it through. Try the demo above first.
Ask for a priceThe jobs you do by hand every day, done on their own: payment reminders and the day's report sent on WhatsApp, Facebook and WhatsApp messages turned into orders on a sheet, prices and details collected from other sites, and payment gateway, SMS or courier APIs connected.
Based on 27 months of running automation and scraping in production. SMS charges and DLT registration are in your name. Open the demo (Bengali interface).
Ask for a priceSelling online takes three things: the website customers visit, the app on their phone, and the admin panel you run it all from.
Products, cart, UPI and card payments through Razorpay, Cashfree or PhonePe PG, and Shiprocket or Delhivery for shipping. Built by SiteLagbe.
Android, written so the iPhone version comes from the same code. Orders, tracking, notifications.
The real gain from building them together isn't the money. The website, app and panel share one database. An order placed in the app shows up in the panel straight away, and stock comes down in one place. When three separate people build them, keeping that in step is usually the biggest headache.
You don't have to ask for any of this, and none of it costs extra.
How things run now, where mistakes creep in, which figure never matches. We go through it with you on a video call. 2–3 days.
What's in, what isn't, how long it takes and what it costs, all in writing. The price doesn't go up after that.
You don't wait for the whole thing. Use what's done so far and tell us what should change.
We move your old data in and train your staff on the real screens. Then we stay with you for 90 days.
Left on Fiverr by clients in the United States, Austria and Mexico, quoted as they wrote them.
“Tahmid is the best developer I have ever worked with. He has so much knowledge and expertise in so many different areas of development that you should make Tahmid your first choice for any type of software, front end and backend engineering.”
“Great communication, great expertise, great knowledge. Everything was great. A complex task exceeded expectations. I will continue to work with him in further projects and I know I will get a quality outcome.”
“He is very patient, listened carefully to my specific requirements and still accepted my unusual request. I will definitely come back to him with future concerns.”
“Really easy to communicate and easy to work on changes and feedback. Great experience.”
There's no salesperson in between. The developer building your system is the one you deal with, from the first call to staff training.
Full-stack software developer since 2019. He has built live streaming platforms, multi-vendor e-commerce and ERP systems, some of which carry up to 15,000 users at the same time. He works with international clients as tralda.com and runs SystemLagbe for businesses in Bangladesh and India, from Bangladesh.
We can't show earlier clients' systems. Our contracts carry confidentiality terms, so no client names and no screenshots. Yours will be kept the same way. That's why we built the demos above ourselves: so you can check the work before you pay for it.
You do. The database sits on your server or in a hosting account in your name, and you keep the logins. Any day you like, you can download all of it as Excel or SQL files without asking anyone.
No. Where the connection drops often, the system is installed on the shop's own computer. Billing carries on without internet and the records catch up when the line is back. Which setup suits you is something we settle when we talk.
Either. Buy it outright and the system is yours with the source code, so another developer can work on it later if you want. Taken monthly, hosting, backups and support come together from ₹1,500/month.
Prices are quoted in rupees. You pay by international bank transfer (SWIFT); most Indian banks send it in US dollars at the day's rate. 50% when work starts and 50% on delivery. You get a receipt for every payment.
No. Prices are in ₹, and Indian GST isn't added because the work is invoiced from Bangladesh.
Yes. Each line carries its HSN code and GST rate, and the tax is split into CGST and SGST, or IGST when the sale goes to another state. The day's sales are totalled by rate. The pharmacy billing demo above shows a counter bill and that day summary. For sellers who need them, GST e-invoices (IRN) and e-way bills can be generated through the GST portal APIs.
At the counter, each bill records whether it was paid in cash, by UPI or by card. For online orders, payments go through an Indian gateway such as Razorpay, Cashfree or PhonePe PG. You open the gateway account in your name, so the money lands in your bank, and the gateway's fees are separate from our price. Shiprocket or Delhivery can be connected for shipping labels and tracking.
Two parts. The bots run on the WhatsApp Business API, and Meta charges per message, at rates Meta sets and changes from time to time. You pay that straight to Meta from your own WhatsApp Business account, not through us. The server the bot runs on is covered by the monthly hosting package. Tell us roughly how many messages go out in a month and we'll give you a monthly estimate at the start.
English by default. If your staff would rather work in Hindi or Bengali, we build those screens as well; mention it at the start. Most of the demos above are in Bengali because they were made for our Bangladesh site. We talk with you in English, on WhatsApp, by phone or on a video call.
We assume that from the start. The screens used every day get as few buttons as we can manage. At launch we train your staff on a video call, and each task gets its own short video, so when someone new joins you don't have to teach them again.
We move them in. Excel files import directly. If it's in a paper register, we agree which part is worth entering. Usually that's current stock, the credit book and the customer list.
A small POS takes 3–4 weeks, a school or clinic system 6–8 weeks. You see a working part every 2 weeks, so you're not sitting and waiting for the end.
We can. Small changes are charged by the hour. Anything bigger gets a written scope and a fixed price, same as the first time. You can also have another developer do it, because the code is yours.
Server rent, HTTPS and SSL, an automatic backup every day, security updates,
getting the system back up if it stops, and small corrections.
What it does not cover: new features or new reports. Those are separate jobs,
priced before we start. If your users or data grow a lot you'll need a bigger server,
which costs more, and we tell you that before it happens.
In a data centre in Singapore, which is close to India as well as Bangladesh.
Screens respond without a delay you'd notice in normal use.
If you prefer, the system can be installed on a computer in your own shop or office,
or on a server of your own. Then there's no monthly fee to us, and the data never leaves your hands.
We're available every day from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. India time, which is 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. in Bangladesh, with shorter hours on Fridays. If the system is completely down, we get on it as fast as we can. Anything else gets a reply within 4 hours. We're not promising round-the-clock cover. These are the hours we can actually keep.
Your own developer account. That's the right way to do it: the app is then entirely yours, and anyone can update it later, with or without us. We set up the account and handle the first submission. Google Play charges $25 once, Apple $99 a year.
Yes. We take the data out of the old system and load it into the new one, then run both side by side for a while to check they match. That way nothing goes missing in the switch.
Then look at our other service, SiteLagbe. Business websites, online stores and landing pages, at fixed prices in rupees.
What the business is, how you keep accounts now and where it goes wrong. That's enough to start. The first conversation costs nothing, and if you don't need new software, we'll tell you so.
Email hello@systemlagbe.com
We work remotely from Bangladesh. For a client in India, setup and staff training happen over video call,
so nobody has to travel. The phone number is a Bangladeshi one (+880); WhatsApp is usually the easiest way to reach us.
